A matter of balance

December 2014

As part of my reshoot for Assignment 4, I spent some time down at the Nottingham Forest Football Ground watching fans arrive for the match. This seller is usually around and draws in the crowds. I took a few photos balanced on a low wall watching what was happening as an idea for people and place.

On reviewing my images, I decided that the first image showed the interaction of the stall holder with a customer. I stood in the same place and zoomed out, to capture more of the background and include the scarves with NFFC. The badges were badges are unreadable when viewed at a normal size.

I had been noticed on the final image of the three which I took and so I stood the other side of the stall and engaged in conversation with the stall holder. The resulting shots were not as good as the hat covered the stall holder's eye.
